The California gay marriage ban, known as proposition 8, has been declared unconstitutional.
I'm glad that the judges decided that the ban was unconstitutional. People should be able to freely marry no matter their sexuality. Heterosexual couples have been screwing up the sanctity of marriage for as long as marriage has existed, so I really don't see how it could be decided that homosexuals could ruin it.
