In South Carolina, a circuit court judge ruled that New Beginnings Baptist Church is the rightful owner of the building that houses a KKK store. The judge also ordered that the store's owner would have to pay for the church's legal bills.
The KKK store, The Redneck Shop, opened in 1996 and sells KKK robes and T-Shirts that feature racial slurs. In 1997, ownership of the building was given to Rev. David Kennedy by a Klansman who was feuding with the group.
After a legal battle that started in 2008, the judge finally ruled in the church's favor. Rev. Kennedy would like to hold church services in the building, despite the fact that his church's membership numbers have dwindled. Many of the members fear retaliation from Klans members.
All I can say is "Good luck with that"
